Biomedical Informatics Track
Biomedical Informatics is a cross-disciplinary field combining information technology, medicine, and management, aimed at cultivating professionals who can apply information skills to informatics analysis and research in the biological, medical, and health industries.
The curriculum covers programming, databases and big data analysis, medical information systems, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, training students to process health data, develop medical information systems, and implement AI-assisted analysis — equipping graduates to meet the cross-disciplinary needs of both the IT and healthcare industries.
Medical Engineering Track
Medical Engineering is a cross-disciplinary field combining biology, medicine, and engineering technology, aimed at cultivating medical engineering professionals with engineering skills who can integrate biological and medical technology.
The curriculum covers medical device design, biomedical sensing and signal processing, electronic circuits and embedded systems, regulations, and quality management, training students in the practical ability to develop, verify, and maintain medical equipment, while familiarizing them with safety regulations and quality assurance processes in the medical device industry.
